Potomac Financial Hub works with a network of independent mortgage companies and licensed mortgage professionals. Available providers and mortgage products vary based on the homeowner’s state, property, loan purpose, qualifications, and other applicable requirements.

PFH helps organize the preliminary inquiry and identify a potentially appropriate participating provider. PFH does not make commitments to lend or determine mortgage approval, interest rates, annual percentage rates, fees, closing costs, or loan terms.

When a participating provider is identified, the homeowner will receive the provider’s legal name, NMLS identification, licensing information, and applicable disclosures before completing a formal mortgage application or authorizing the transfer of preliminary information.
